Tsutsuji is a tall, fair-skinned girl with large, light red eyes and lighter red, short cut hair. She wears large red spherical earrings and a crimson cap accented by gold pieces.
She wears a pink dress with stripes of lilac on the torso. Each sleeve cuff is a white ruffle held by a crimson ribbon, while her skirt has a tulle petticoat beneath it. Over her dress, she wears a dark purple corset-styled jacket with a gold chest section and accenting of silver. On her right hip is a pink flower with a lace accessory attached beneat it to match her skirt. Around her neck is a long white scarf, while on each hand is a purple glove. She wears dark crimson-colored boots with a white flap cuff held by a pale pink bow. On each leg is a white stocking.
